Coghead Goes Live With DIY Solution

REDWOOD CITY, CA -- Software maker Coghead launched its public beta of a do-it-yourself web design service called Webware.

The service provides a way for tech-savvy business people to give them "the ability to create powerful, 100 percent web-based applications."  Once members register at Coghead, they can start building their applications from scratch.  The service starts at $49 per month.

Coghead is venture-backed by American Capital Strategies, SAP Ventures and El Dorado Ventures.
